Who is Legal WorkSpaces for?

Legal WorkSpaces is designed for law firms of any size and any practice type regardless of the applications you run.

How much does it cost?

The general cost structure is outlined above. It starts with a base price that includes two users and every additional user on top of that is another charge.

Does it support HIPAA?

Yes. However, you must ask for the HIPAA add-on for it to be HIPAA compliant. To Learn about HIPAA requirements visit our HIPAA Compliance.

Does the network connection have End-to-end session encryption?

Absolutely. This goes without saying nowadays. Every network connection to our systems will be based on SSL/TLS encryption. This means that all data transmitted between your client computer and the servers is encrypted and can’t be read.

Is two Factor Authentication included?

Yes, we include 2FA in every quote.

Can we Install any software we choose?

Yes, you can definitely install any software you like to access on the Legal WorkSpaces. However we need to do the install for you 99% of the time. Note that if you have your own software, you will need to license it yourself unless mentioned by us. We often license Microsoft Office.

Do you do the migration?

Yes we can do the migrations for you. If your data is on-premises or on another cloud provider we will do the migration for you. We will communicate with you during kickoff to discuss the best plan to complete the migration.

Do you support our computers and equipment at our office?

Yes we do. All printers and computer and work equipment you have at your office will be supported. We do all the support remotely and we will ask for pictures or videos as needed if that is needed for effective troubleshooting.

Can I add and remove users on demand?

Yes. You can add users or remove users as you need.

If we need additional storage, how easy is it to add?

You can request to add additional storage anytime and by any amount you choose. You can send a support request to get that added.
